We’ve redesigned the Jst-4-fn course to learn team flying. We’ve added more than 50 team-flying animations. You can now learn over 90 maneuvers! We’ve organized them into 5 sections:

QuadKites.org is now officially available in English! From now on, you can read our content in English without an automatic translator. We did the translations with Deepl, a customized kite glossary and a lot of proofreading. This English version was very important to us, as around 60% of our visitors are non-French speakers!
We’ve disabled the built-in automatic translator. You can translate our pages using your browser or a translator.

We’re preparing some great new features, and they’re already available. We’re continuing to improve them before making them official:
1. Our website will be available in two languages: French and English. This new English version is almost ready. We are actively translating all website content. The aim is to offer a version of better quality than the automatic translation by Google. It’s already available, albeit incompletely at the moment.
We plan to disable automatic translation. You’ll be able to use browser-native translation if you need to.
2. We’ve almost finished a new version of the Jst-4-Fn pages. This time, you’ll be able to discover over 90 animated maneuvers to help you learn how to fly on horseback!
We hope to stabilize and formalize these 2 new features soon! We’ll keep you posted. Have a great vacation!

We have corrected a few team flying maneuvers: Zip out, zip in and u-turn. They are available among the Jst-4-Fn maneuvers.
Thanks to the kite flyers who shared their mistakes with us!
I’ve just updated the KiteShow simulator. The leader tended to say the name of the maneuver and “Go” at the same time. Corrected!
It’s been 14 months since I last touched the simulator’s source code! I hope to add new maneuvers soon.

We are proud to reopen Addictkite.com as a web archive with the support of the Addict kite team!
The Addict kite team had successfully hosted this web magazine from 2016 to September 2020. This magazine contained news, interviews, reports, advice, tests, … on the whole kite universe. We could even watch live videos from the festivals!
We’re restoring as much of this precious resource as we can. This restoration has already taken us dozens of hours of work, but that’s nothing compared to the incredible work done by the Addict kite team. They produced over 500 articles!
At present, only the “News” and “Getting started” sections are available. That’s already 149 articles! We’ll be adding the following sections as the weeks go by.
