Jst-4-fn advanced maneuvers!

We’ve just added animations for more than 20 advanced team maneuvers from the Jst-4-Fn standard!

You can discover well-known maneuvers like ball, burst, pair change and more exotic ones like u-turn.

We’re writing the descriptions right now, and starting to list examples of improvised team flying.

Enjoy the flight!

Jst-4-Fn and 30 team maneuvers!

We’ve just animated 30 Jst-4-Fn basic team maneuvers in the form of 8 choreographed routines!

This was an opportunity to showcase the Jst-4-Fn team flying standard. It’s been tried and tested for almost 10 years, and can be used all over the world. European kitefliers know it well, especially for international festivals and meetings. You can read an introduction and download the manual.

In the coming weeks, we hope to

  • Translate the site into English
  • Continue to publish North American team maneuvers
  • Publish the French version of the Jst-4-Fn standard and Jst-4-Fn advanced team maneuvers.

Fair winds!

North American “blender” maneuver

We’ve just simulated a first team maneuver. It’s called “blender” in the USA. It’s made up of 7 movements to the rhythm of an American leader. You can watch it with 4, 6, 8 or 10 kites! Note that there are variations of this figure with the same name.

Kites are sometimes numbered at the request of the STACK Italia team. Thanks to them for this feedback. You too can share your feedback and help us improve the site!

We remind you that the vocabulary may be different in different parts of the world. This simulation uses American vocabulary.

We’ll soon be publishing a variation of this figure with 5, 7 and 9 kites, and an animated megateam guide with a European vocabulary.

Enjoy the flight!

QuadKites.org now open!

QuadKites.org is online!

Here you’ll discover our first megateam flight simulations and our plans for the future.

Our first objective is to help kitefliers fly together, establish routines and share a common vocabulary more easily.

We’re preparing a gallery of animated individual, team and megateam figures and their names. We also hope to translate the site into English. In the meantime, the automatic translations are there and can be improved.

Many thanks to our supporters. We’d also like to thank all the kitefliers who share and pass on our common passion for sport kites!

Don’t forget that we’re just getting started with this initiative. If you too would like to share this passion and take part in this project, here’s how to help and contact us.

Have fun!
