Do you already know the basics of Jst-4-Fn team flying, intermediate maneuvers and advanced maneuvers? Now you can learn very advanced maneuvers. These are the hardest to master! Enjoy the challenge!
Team maneuvers
U-turn
Each kite draws a U to take the position of a kite in position N+2 or N-2.
Leader calls: u-turn, 180, u-turn.
We recommend performing this maneuver after a Cascade 90 in order to limit line crossings and then allow the kites to go all the way to the edge of the window, as illustrated below.
Leader calls: cascade 90, fly, 180 up, u-turn, 180, back.
Double U-turn
To make a double U-turn, kites follow 3 sequences :
- a first U-turn
- then a double U-turn
- finally, the reverse path to undo the double U-turn and U-turn.
Reminder: we advise you to perform this maneuver after a Cascade 90 to limit line crossings and then allow the kites to go to the edge of the window, as illustrated below.
Leader calls: cascade 90, fly, 180 up, double U-turn, 180, back, 180, back.
Crazy change
This maneuver is an alternative to pair change. In practice, kitefliers mark angles and stops less. They curve their trajectories all the more as the team flies faster.
Leader calls : crazy change, 180, crazy back, fly, 180, crazy change, 180, crazy back. French equivalent: échange fou, demi-tour, retour, voler, demi-tour, échange fou, demi-tour, retour.

Leader calls: crazy U-turn, 180, back.
Reminder: we recommend performing this maneuver after a Cascade 90 to limit line crossings and then allow the kites to go all the way to the edge of the window, as illustrated below.
