A kite on its belly
0:00Oh no, my kite is dead! Or is it? Sometimes when you're out flying, it happens that a kite will land on its belly, you know, on the ground, like this, with the lines underneath it, and the kite is in kind of a dead position. But hey, it's not quite dead.
Wiggle the handles
0:57In this tutorial I let you in on how to get that kite up into the air again. No puzzle: what's this? You walk over to the handles, and when you wiggle the handles, you allow the wind to come under the kite and lift it over onto its leading edge. Check it out. And when wiggling the kite, I like to put my handles like this, you know, the lower ends pointing to the sides.
Your turn
2:20Yeah, and that's all there is to it. So now it's your turn: hit the field and try it for yourself.
