• Content: written by the publisher, unless another author is named on the page (see Content rights).
• Contact: the Contact page.

• Host: o2switch, Clermont-Ferrand (France).
• Delivery: content delivery network of Cloudflare.

• Nature: a volunteer-run site, for the benefit of the quad-line kite community (see Our project).
• Independence: no connection with the publisher’s professional activity or employer. No brand pays the site.
• Advertising: none.
• Funding: technical costs covered by the publisher, with the help of donations received through the Support page.
• Other authors’ content: a large part of the work consists of restoring, translating or building on existing content, whose ownership lies elsewhere and is stated on each page.
• Errors: a mistake is always possible. Remarks, corrections and removal requests are welcome (see “Correct or remove content”).

• Permission: you may translate, share and quote extracts of the publisher’s content, provided you credit QuadKites.org and the authors and keep a link to the original page. To republish a whole page, use the Contact page.
• Limit: this permission only covers what the publisher has created. For other authors’ work (restoration, translation, derivative), always named on the page, their agreement has to be asked separately, even for the publisher’s translation or restoration of their work. The publisher can help you reach them.
• Reservation: the content the publisher creates for QuadKites.org is all rights reserved.
• Names and trademarks: they belong to their owners and imply no partnership.
