Pull, catch, throw: dropping the kite from the top of the window, catching it by the leading edge, then throwing it like a javelin and taking control again.

Transcript
Fly the kite to the highest vertical point you can reach. Hold both handles in one hand and, with the other, sharply pull the upper lines, then catch the free-falling kite by the leading edge. This trick is easier with short lines in light wind. Before the throw-out launch, check that the lines are untangled, then throw the kite like a javelin, slightly upward and downwind, while quickly walking back. When the lines are taut, take control of the kite before it touches the ground. Doing this trick with 25-meter lines in medium wind is a very difficult feat.
