Open International de Fréjus 2026

The Open International de Fréjus 2026 took place from 18 to 20 September 2026 at the Base Nature François Léotard, as part of the Festival International de l’Air in Fréjus (France). Organised by the ISKF and the FFVL, with R-Sky Events, it ran alongside the final of the French acrobatic kite championship, with a shared ranking. This page covers its quad-line categories, individual, pair and team: the overall ranking, then the videos. The 2-line overall rankings follow, without videos. The figures are described in the ISK figures. For Fréjus the year before, see the Euro Cup 2025.

The results come from the final ranking published by the FFVL and its page À Fréjus, le vol libre se partage (in French). The videos come from the FLY 4 FUN YouTube channel, which publishes them. The channel has not published everything yet, so a category can have missing videos, and there are no team videos yet.

Many thanks to FLY 4 FUN, Guido Maiocchi, who publishes these videos.

There were two rounds, on 18 and 20 September. Each combines three precision figures (45% of the score) and a ballet (55%). The score is the average of the two rounds. The top French entry in each quad-line category is French champion: Steff Fermé in individual, Courant d’air in pair and BKT in team.

The place shown in a video title is the place earned in that figure or ballet, in that round. It is not the overall ranking above. We checked it against the official scores of each round.

The three individual compulsory figures filmed are those of round 1, with their ISK code:

Each figure is ranked on its own. Some pilots have no video for a figure.

No 2-line video of the Open is published on the FLY 4 FUN channel yet, but the Nya-land channel has clips from the first two days. The 2-line categories have the same format as the 4-line ones, with the same two rounds. The 2-line French champions are Laurent Marcy in individual, Courant d’air in pair and Start’Air in team.
