Indoor guillotine by Spence Watson
Two versions of the guillotine indoors, from a kite face down or standing up. You see how to jump through the lines without them snagging.

Key takeaways from this video
- Two versions: from a kite lying face down, pulled up and over until inverted; or from an upright kite, pulling the top lines and jumping through the opening in the lines.
- For the jump through the lines, remove shoes and anything dangling, as the lines catch on whatever they can.
- Afterwards, twist the handles individually in and up, the opposite of the whiplash.

This is a tutorial on the guillotine. I have two different types to show you.
In the first, the kite starts face down. Pull it up and over; as it goes over, it flips and becomes inverted, and you fly away. To begin, lay the kite face down with the leading edge toward you, so there are no wraps in the lines. Then pull the kite up and over and fly away.
The second starts with the kite standing upright. You pull the top lines, it goes over, and then you jump through the lines and fly away. Set this one up with the kite standing upright and both handles in one hand. Grab the top lines and pull down: you'll see an opening in the lines, and you jump through.
Because you are jumping through the lines, it's best to have no shoes on or anything dangling, since the lines will catch on you wherever they have a chance. After this trick you'll have to twist your handles individually in and up, the opposite of my whiplash video.
That's how you do the guillotine on an indoor Revolution kite.
