  1. The travel frame

    0:00

With winter approaching, it's the perfect time to think about a nice warm vacation on the beach. Hi, I'm Joe Hadzicki, inventor of the Revolution, and there is nothing cooler than flying your Revolution on vacation. What makes this possible is the travel frame. I love this frame because it fits so easily into your luggage. With the travel frame we have everything we need: we have our line set, we have our handles, we have our sail, and we have our structure.

  2. Sails and line sets

    0:38

I usually travel with two sails, a Full Sail and a Super Spider sail. This way, with the Full Sail I can cover all the light wind conditions, and for high winds I have a Spider. This way I have all the wind conditions covered. Also, I usually travel with a short line set, 30 feet, and a longer line set, 60 to 80 feet. Same thing: sometimes I'm in a small space and sometimes in a larger space, so I've got all the conditions covered. The travel frame simply takes each shaft and splits it in half. That's how we get that nice small profile. The frame comes with two spare parts, so if you have an accidental break, it won't stop you from flying.

  3. Packing the backpack

    1:18

Now we're ready to pack it up. Actually, I like packing it in my backpack. Put the frame in there, the kit, put my spare sail in there, and put my extra line set in there. This way I have everything in my backpack, I can quickly grab it, and I know I have all my gear ready to go. All right, we're all packed up, we're ready to go. Next stop, Playa del Coco.

  4. Flying on the beach

    1:46

One of my favorite things to do when I go on vacation is this: I can only stay on the beach for so long unless I've got something fun to do, and the kite's perfect for that. So take your Rev out on the beach, meet lots of new people, and try something different.

  5. Taking the Rev for a walk

    2:30

One of my favorite ways to add an interesting twist to my vacation is to take my Rev for a walk. Of course, you can take any of your Revs for a walk, but for me, instead of taking my dog for a walk, I like to take my Rev Eagle for a walk. Just kidding, I actually don't have a dog. The conditions are pretty light, so this is going to be interesting. I would say zero to one mile an hour. Let's see what happens. What are your favorite activities when you're on vacation? Play in the surf? Be sure to make a comment below and put your favorite activities down.
